How do you see your role in ZyQuest?
I see my job with ZyQuest as the Director of Service Delivery to recruit and find the best possible candidates to have the Account Executives submit to their open job orders. Not only do the candidates need to qualify technically but they also need to have the soft skills that fit the culture of our clients. Finding the proper balance between these is critical to the success of ZyQuest. Recruiting locally and nationally is important to keep our database of potential consultants up to date, so that when opportunities arise, we are prepared to quickly present qualified candidates. Also important is to have a strong working relationship with our partners who can provide their consultants to us for the times we do not have our own candidates. I also see my responsibility to ZyQuest to work with the Executive Team to make ZyQuest the best possible place to work for our consultants and also the company that clients will want to call first when they have consulting needs.

How do you see ZyQuest fitting into the corporate climate of Northeast Wisconsin?
ZyQuest fits nicely into the corporate climate of NE Wisconsin by providing a stable work environment with good benefits to its employees. We take pride in making our clients successful by providing the best possible resources for their needs.
How are you involved in the local community?
I am actively involved with the "Association for IT Professionals" (AITP). In addition to attending most meetings, I also volunteer on their golf outing committee, which is the major fund raiser for the local chapter. The other major fund raiser that I volunteer for is the "Jim Dull Charity Golf Celebration" that Kimberly Clark puts on every year to raise money for cancer research. ZyQuest is one of the major sponsors of this event, and I coordinate all of our activities associated with that. My other volunteer work is to help coach kids soccer, basketball or flag football teams, and I get involved in the community of Ashwaubenon by volunteering my time to various committees that study the impact of expanding business and how it affects residential life in the village.
Do you think businesses have a responsibility to get involved with their local communities? Why?
Business has to have a responsibility to the local communities it serves, and I believe ZyQuest does a nice job of supporting many Fox Valley charity events, youth sporting programs, and business forums which all benefit our communities we work and live in. By getting involved and staying active in the communities, it not only helps the organization grow, but it also helps the community attract more jobs, which ultimately leads to more business and a better quality of life for everyone.
