How do you see your role in ZyQuest?

I see my job at ZyQuest as a nice mixture of teaching, building my technical skills, and providing an outlet for our consultants to go with any questions or concerns. I also take an active part in providing quality benefits for our employees.  I enjoy the variety of my responsibilities at ZyQuest.  With my new role of Director of SAP Services, I also get to meet our consultants, and I feel that it is my responsibility to make sure that they are satisfied with their employment at ZyQuest.

How do you see ZyQuest fitting into the corporate climate of Northeast Wisconsin?

I see ZyQuest as a supplement to the corporations of Northeast Wisconsin.  We can provide highly qualified staff when corporations need it most.

How are you involved in the local community?

I have been a presenter at multiple AITP meetings. I teach 2 - 3 classes per year at Lakeland College, and I am an active member of the 'YMCA'.  With my three boys, I have been involved with Pop Warner, Middle School and High School football. Like a typical Mom, I am involved in many of their school functions.

Do you think businesses have a responsibility to get involved with their local communities? Why?

I believe that businesses do have a responsibility to get involved with their local communities. That's how communities improve and thrive, which is important to both the community and the business.
