Why did you start the company?
To be honest I did not plan on starting a company. I had an opportunity to develop a Furniture Inventory system for Younkers and Boscovs. This was a good sized project with a tight deadline, which required that I hire several other developers. During the course of the project I had the chance to hire the best IT Consulting Account Executive in Northeast Wisconsin, Joe Rosenfield. Joe, who is now my partner in ZyQuest, and I built the company from there.
How do you see your role in ZyQuest?
My job is to do what ever it takes to support the ZyQuest Support Team and the ZyQuest Consultants. I have a responsibility to all of my employees and Clients to make sure that ZyQuest is financially sound and focused on their needs and best interests.

How do you see ZyQuest fitting into the corporate climate of Northeast Wisconsin?
We bridge the gap between IT talent and the companies that need it.
How are you involved in the local community?
I have 5 children who keep me very busy! I coach Pop Warner Football, Select soccer for Green Bay Thunder, recreational soccer for Green Bay Kickers (2 teams), and 5th grade boys basketball for King school. I am on the board of directors for Green Bay Thunder. ZyQuest also sponsors 1 Pop Warner football team and 4 Green Bay Kickers soccer teams. We also sponsor volleyball and bowling teams for some of our employees. We are involved in several annual charity events: the Jim Dull Golf outing for the MD Andersen Cancer Research Center, the Titletown Bike Tour for the Breast Cancer Family Foundation, and the March of Dimes Walkathon.
Do you think businesses have a responsibility to get involved with their local communities? Why?
Yes. I believe every member of a community, whether it is a business, individual or group, has a responsibility/duty to help make the community a better and stronger place to live for all of its members. Whether you are rich or poor, strong or weak, healthy or sick, we all have times in our lives when we need the support of the community.
